Company – Refers to Worthly, operated by Opie Platforms Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Device – Any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Service – The Worthly website, mobile application, and all related features and content.
You – The individual using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Worthly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the website, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

You agree to use Worthly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Service to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worthly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 if you made no purchases.
